  • Downstairs: 1 bedroom with queen bed.

  • Upstairs: 1 bedroom with king bed (gulf-facing balcony), 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bedroom with double bunks.

  • Queen sleeper sofa in living area. Linens for the sofa are located in the cabinet under the TV.

• Bathrooms:

  • 4 full bathrooms (1 downstairs, 3 upstairs).

  • Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in each shower.

  • Hair dryer in upstairs front bathroom.

• Kitchen: Fully stocked with cookware, Keurig, and more.

• Entertainment: Smart TVs in each bedroom and living room.

• Outdoor:

  • Large gulf-facing balcony off the living area.

  • Gulf-facing balcony off the upstairs king bedroom.

  • Outdoor shower at the bottom of the outside stairs.

  • 4 beach chairs (located in the downstairs bedroom closet. $100 fee per missing or damaged chair).

  • Beach/Pool towels (located in the living room cabinet).

  • Cushions for the outside balcony chairs are in the downstairs bedroom closet. Cushions for the upstairs balcony chairs are located in the master bedroom closet. Please bring them inside before departure.

  • Cozy blankets located in the living room cabinet.

House Rules:

• No Pets: Absolutely no pets of any kind. A $500 fine will be imposed, and you will be asked to leave.

• No Smoking: No smoking of any kind. A $250 charge plus any additional cleaning/damage fees will apply.

• Makeup Removal: Please use the provided dark washcloths for makeup removal to avoid staining white towels. A $10 fee will be charged for damaged or missing towels.

• No Open Flames: Please refrain from using candles or any open flames. Damage costs will be charged.

• Provided Supplies: We provide initial supplies: laundry pods, toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. Additional supplies are the guest's responsibility.

• Beach Items: If you purchase beach items and wish to leave them, please store them in the designated storage room in the parking area.

Departure Checklist:

• Load and run the dishwasher (unloading is appreciated but not required).

• Remove all trash and place it in the trash receptacles in the parking area.

• If you use the washing machine, leave the door open.

• Place all used towels on the shower floor.

• If you strip beds, please leave the sheets on the floor.

Important Notes:

• No refunds will be provided for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other events beyond our control.
